However, we strive to assist our customers by offering replacements, with only the shipping fee and a small handling fee applicable (the handling fee may vary depending on the product type, such as Hoodies or Sweatshirts).
If you receive a product that is a different size or image than what you ordered, or if the size chart on our website is incorrect, we’re happy to provide a refund or send you a replacement free of charge.

Cancellations and modifications
